AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Lead Client experience

  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly, personable and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls to assist clients.
  • Organize and manage appointments in our booking system

Lead Shop experience

  • Maintain shop cleanliness, assign clients to stylists,
  • Assist with inventory by uphold the operational rotation of the floor.
  • Regularly check retail and back bar supplies. Inform Shift Lead and/or Manager when running low on inventory items.
  • Assist with stocking product tools and supplies. Execute breaks and proper clocking-in and out procedures.
  • Ensures that all company procedures and policies are upheld for client and team members

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Worked in a front desk setting or similar position
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Time management and Attention to detail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Standing and walking for up to 8 hours
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds
